Merge PR #1028: first-class SponsorBlock toggle

Adds a "Remove sponsor segments" switch to the shared options panel, building the same SponsorBlock + ModifyChapters pair the CLI's --sponsorblock-remove sponsor does, and carries the flag through subscriptions so the panel's control applies to both forms.
