docs: cache-bust screenshot embed so the refreshed GIF shows

Browse Source 
The README image URL was unchanged, so GitHub's Camo image proxy kept
serving the old cached GIF. Add ?v=2 to change the cache key and force a
re-fetch of the new screenshot.
